At Aegis, we have several Technical Support plans that we have developed to meet the diverse needs of the business community in North Florida. Each plan can be customized to best suit your particular technical and workplace environment requirements. Together, your organization and our team will do whatever it takes to make the Aegis experience work for your business. In addition, we will create a plan that can adapt to meet the ongoing technical goals of your organization.
Advanced Preventative Maintenance Plan: This plan is designed for larger customers that have a need for a dedicated Technical Support representative to be on site at a pre-determined time every week. For example, 12 - 5 PM two days per week, 8 AM - noon Monday through Friday, or any variation needed. In addition to the Aegis team member on site each week, you can also have regular server and workstation maintenance performed. Unlimited phone support is offered as well as network documentation and discounts off of our hourly rates for large specialized Information Technology projects. All maintenance and troubleshooting is scheduled through our Service Project Manager and we guide the relationship between your organization and Aegis. We truly become your Information Technology partner.
Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP): This plan is designed for small to large customers that have a need for regular server and workstation maintenance scheduled by our Service Project Manager. This regular attention to your technology keeps your network running at an optimum level and reduces the number of troubleshooting instances. As part of the PMP plan, you have a dedicated technician, unlimited phone support, and no trip fees. When unplanned problems occur, appointments are scheduled through our Service Project Manager and your technician is dispatched as soon as possible. Another benefit of this plan is that we will provide documentation on the business practice and technology of your organization in addition to a detailed list of all the components supporting your technical infrastructure.
Block of Hours: This plan is ideal for customers that wish to call on Aegis when needed. A block of hours is purchased in advance and utilized when a service technician is dispatched to address a customer's technology need or project. All Aegis Block of Hours customers are assigned a dedicated technician, pay no trip fees, have top priority as a customer, and receive discounts off our regular hourly rates. Discount rates increase the more block hours you purchase and are good up to one year from the purchase date.
